Use this form to import mail from POP3 and IMAP4 accounts into FirstClass.

The icon you want to associate with the POP3 or IMAP4 account.
You can use a different icon for each account to help you keep track of which account mail has come from.
To specify an icon, click this field, then click the icon in the popup list. To see a fuller list of icons, Control-click (Windows) or Option-click (Mac) the field.
Mail server type
Choose POP3 or IMAP4.
Mail server
The domain name or IP address of the server on which the POP3 or IMAP4 account is located.
To use the default POP3 or IMAP4 mail server set up by your administrator, leave this field blank.
User name
Your user name for the POP3 or IMAP4 account.
Password
Your password for the POP3 or IMAP4 account.
Email address
Your email address for the POP3 or IMAP4 account.
IMAP4 mail handling
To synchronize your IMAP4 account with your FirstClass account, leave the "Delete" checkbox clear. FirstClass will only import messages that have the IMAP4 Unseen flag on.
To keep all of your messages in your FirstClass Mailbox, check "Delete". FirstClass will import all messages, then flag them for deletion on the IMAP4 server at the end of your session.
